PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION - As the title of our company
reflects, NHRE provides commercial and residential property
management, as well as land management, for investors, absentee
owners, and Bank REO properties. NHRE provides real time tenant
and financial management through the use of computerized software
and daily bookkeeping. Currently, NHRE is managing approximately
250 units in two different states. April 1, 1994, ended over
three years of REAM Contract service with HUD during which time
NHRE provided care taking/management services for over three
hundred different HUD owned single family homes in New Hampshire
and Maine.
